1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if the product meets any of the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase and clear photos or videos are provided to support the request


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse

  • Clearance or discounted items (where specified at the time of purchase)

  • Natural variations in wood grain, texture, color, or finish


3. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement request, please follow the steps below:

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for the return

  3. Attach clear images or videos showing the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return or pickup instructions accordingly.


4. Replacement / Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • We will process a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to an error or damage from our side


5. Damaged in Transit

If your product is damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Share clear images of the damaged product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched or if production has started (for customized products). To request a cancellation before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.
